Executive Committee
Will be the governing board of the Team. The Committee consists of the President, Vice President—Finance and Fundraising, Vice President — Recruitment and Advertising, Treasurer, Match Secretary and Coach.
They have the power to remove any officer not performing their duties with a 4/6 vote or 2/3 majority of the general membership of the Club. Spending of <=$500 must be authorized by one committee member and the treasurer, >$500 must be agreed by the Executive Committee preferably at an officers meeting.
President
Will represent Boca Rugby and attend all Union meetings. The President will be responsible for all officers and day-to-day operations of the Club and will report to the Executive Committee.
Vice President: Finance and Fundraising
The primary role of the VP—Finance and Fundraising is to ensure that the club has enough operating capital to meet its commitments outlined in the budget.
Committees reporting to Vice President are: Fundraising and Social.

Vice President: Marketing and Recruitment
The primary role of the VP—Recruitment and Advertisement is to expand the Club's membership and ensure player retention. The VP will also maintain the address list and manage the Phone Squad.
Committees reporting to Vice President are: Recruiting, Publicity and Alumni (Old Boys).
Treasurer
Will provide an annual budget, collect dues, maintain books and ensure Club is in good standing with Florida Rugby Union. The treasurer will present monthly financial reports to the officers. Committees reporting to Treasurer are CIPP Coordination and Executive Committee.
Match Secretary
Will be in charge of getting and giving directions for Boca and other teams for all matches. Also in charge of arranging practices and game pitches. The match secretary will also be responsible for any tours and/or tournaments as well as notifying the Union as necessary.
Committees reporting to Match Secretary are: Field, Equipment, Water & Ice, Jerseys and Tour.

AGM
The AGM will be held in the fall prior to the start of the season. A minimum of one weeks notice shall be given to club members.
Meetings
The Executive Committee will determine Committee meeting dates and times and must meet a minimum of every 2 months. Officers will meet with committees as needed. The executive committee should arrange an all-hands meeting prior to the start of each season.
Coach
Will be responsible for organizing practices and game strategies. The Coach will be a position appointed by the Executive Committee.
VP Alumni
The Alumni representative will be appointed by the Executive Committee and will be responsible for maintaining contact with the 'Old boys', organizing old boy games, providing regular communication with past members of the club. Any changes in contact information will also be provided to the webmaster in order to update the directory.
Selection Committee
Will consist of the Coach(es) and the "A" side Captain(s) on Thursday night. The Captain(s) will be selected by a vote of the players organized by the coach. The Coach will have the final say.

Eligibility
To be eligible for "A" side selection, a player must be current in his dues and CIPP.
Dues
Fall and Winter dues will be set by the Executive Committee.
Resignation of Officers
Must be in writing and shall be effective upon receipt by the Executive Committee.
Vacancies
May be filled at any time by a majority vote of the officers then in office, or by executive appointment by the Executive Committee.
