| This is achieved by aiding local rugby clubs in their efforts to publicize games, recruit new players to the game, and inform the community of events.
This occurs on an ongoing basis by the Foundation's board with the assistance of local clubs. By extending the reach of the clubs more people are introduced to the sport each year.

Development of Youth Rugby
This activity takes up about 30% of the Foundation's effort.
Working with local youth groups, schools, and coordinating with regional youth rugby events, we attempt to introduce the sport of Rugby to youths from 12-18 years of age.
There is a large youth rugby event in the Fall and Spring, and we send a team to compete every year. The foundation also organizes joint training sessions and games between local clubs and local universities to enable knowledge transfer.

Charitable Events
The foundation also organizes and participates in events that benefit the community and provide no funds to the Foundation.
The foundation donates its time to the Salvation Army, participates in blood drives, and volunteers for events as they arise.
This is the last 10% of our effort and highlights to the community that even though Rugby is a Sport, it is can also be an active and constructive member of the Community.
